  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 1 Mango (pureed)
  • 1/4 cup sugar (for mango gelée)
  • 1 Passion Fruit (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat the cream mixture: In a saucepan over medium heat, combine heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir gently until hot but not boiling.
  2. Prepare the gelatin: In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Combine: Remove the cream from heat, stir in the bloomed gelatin until dissolved.
  4. Mold and set: Pour the panna cotta mixture into molds. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Prepare the mango gelée: Mix pureed mango with sugar in a saucepan and heat until sugar dissolves.
  6. Layer the gelée: Pour the mango mixture over the set panna cotta and refrigerate for an additional hour.
  7. Serve: Gently unmold the panna cotta onto a serving plate and top with passion fruit pulp.
