Ingredients

- 2 slices of whole grain bread
- 4 oz sliced turkey breast
- 2 tbsp pesto
- 2 slices of mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat a panini press or skillet over medium heat.
- Spread pesto on one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer turkey and mozzarella cheese on one slice of bread.
- Top with the other slice of bread, pesto side down.
- Brush the outside of the sandwich with olive oil.
- Place the sandwich in the panini press or skillet and cook until golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-5 minutes.
- Remove from heat, slice, and serve warm.

- Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or tomatoes for extra flavor.
