A delicious recipe for marinated and grilled flank steak that is tender and full of flavor.
Ingredients

- 1.5 lbs flank steak
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, red wine vinegar, honey, garlic, black pepper, cumin, and smoked paprika.
- Place the flank steak in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the steak from the marinade and discard the marinade.
- Grill the flank steak for about 6-8 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.
- Let the steak rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing against the grain.
- Serve and enjoy!

- For best results, marinate the steak overnight.
- Adjust the cooking time based on the thickness of the steak and desired doneness.
