Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, red wine vinegar, honey, garlic, black pepper, cumin, and smoked paprika.
  2. Place the flank steak in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

  4. Remove the steak from the marinade and discard the marinade.
