Description

Ingredients

  • 56 Jalapeños
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Cooked, Chopped Brisket
  • 1012 slices Thick-Cut Bacon
  • Toothpicks

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Halve the jalapeños lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes.
  3. Blend the cream cheese and chopped brisket until creamy.
  4. Stuff each jalapeño half with the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
  6. Arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bacon is golden brown and crispy.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
