- 5–6 Jalapeños
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Cooked, Chopped Brisket
- 10–12 slices Thick-Cut Bacon
- Toothpicks
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Halve the jalapeños lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes.
- Blend the cream cheese and chopped brisket until creamy.
- Stuff each jalapeño half with the cream cheese mixture.
- Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
- Arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bacon is golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
