A delicious wrap combining sweet mango and spicy chicken for a flavorful meal.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 ripe mango, diced
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 4 large tortillas
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, diced mango, red bell pepper, red onion, and cilantro.
- In a separate small bowl, mix mayonnaise and sriracha sauce until well combined.
- Add the mayo mixture to the chicken and mango mixture, and stir until everything is evenly coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Lay out the tortillas and evenly distribute the chicken mixture among them.
- Wrap the tortillas tightly and slice in half to serve.
Notes
- For extra heat, add more sriracha sauce.
- Can substitute chicken with tofu for a vegetarian option.
- Best served fresh, but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
