Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 4 large tortillas
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, diced mango, red bell pepper, red onion, and cilantro.
  2. In a separate small bowl, mix mayonnaise and sriracha sauce until well combined.
  3. Add the mayo mixture to the chicken and mango mixture, and stir until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Lay out the tortillas and evenly distribute the chicken mixture among them.
  6. Wrap the tortillas tightly and slice in half to serve.
