- 12 large mushrooms
- 1 cup sundried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
- In a bowl, mix together the sundried tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, basil, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each mushroom cap with the mixture.
- Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender and the cheese is melted.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the stuffing.
- These can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
