Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sprinkles

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the crumbled sugar cookies and softened cream cheese until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Chill the balls in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  4. Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
  5. Dip each chilled cookie ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated.
  6. Place the chocolate-coated truffles back on the baking sheet and sprinkle with colorful sprinkles.
  7. Let them set in the refrigerator until the chocolate hardens.
