Ingredients

  • 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 1 cup scallops, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the top off the bread loaf and hollow out the inside, leaving a thick shell.
  3. In a skillet, sauté garlic and green onions until fragrant.
  4. Add shrimp, crab meat, and scallops to the skillet and cook until seafood is opaque.
  5. In a bowl, mix the cooked seafood with cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  6. Fill the hollowed bread loaf with the seafood mixture.
  7. Place the filled bread bowl on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until the bread is golden and the filling is hot.
  8. Serve warm, garnished with additional green onions if desired.
