- 1 large round bread loaf
- 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup crab meat
- 1 cup scallops, chopped
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the top off the bread loaf and hollow out the inside, leaving a thick shell.
- In a skillet, sauté garlic and green onions until fragrant.
- Add shrimp, crab meat, and scallops to the skillet and cook until seafood is opaque.
- In a bowl, mix the cooked seafood with cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Fill the hollowed bread loaf with the seafood mixture.
- Place the filled bread bowl on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until the bread is golden and the filling is hot.
- Serve warm, garnished with additional green onions if desired.
