  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup strawberry cake mix
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
  • 1/4 cup butter

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, measure out the Rice Chex cereal and set aside.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips and butter together in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. Once melted, pour the chocolate mixture over the Rice Chex cereal and gently stir to coat.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the strawberry cake mix and powdered sugar.
  5. Pour the cake mix mixture over the coated cereal and stir until evenly coated.
  6. Add the crushed freeze-dried strawberries and mix well.
  7. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet to cool and set.
