Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup spinach, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, spinach, artichoke hearts, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly over each tortilla.
  3. Roll each tortilla tightly and wrap in plastic wrap.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
  5. Slice the rolled tortillas into pinwheels and serve.
