- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup spinach, cooked and chopped
- 1 cup artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, spinach, artichoke hearts, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture evenly over each tortilla.
- Roll each tortilla tightly and wrap in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
- Slice the rolled tortillas into pinwheels and serve.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the filling.
- These pinwheels can be made a day in advance.
- Serve with a dipping sauce like ranch or marinara.
