  • 1 cup coleslaw mix
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 sandwich buns
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken thighs in a mixture of Korean BBQ sauce, gochujang, soy sauce, and sesame oil for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Grill or pan-fry the marinated chicken until fully cooked and slightly charred.
  3. In a bowl, mix the coleslaw mix with mayonnaise and rice vinegar to create the crispy slaw.
  4. Toast the sandwich buns lightly on the grill or in a toaster.
  5. Assemble the sandwich by placing the grilled chicken on the bottom bun, topping it with crispy slaw, and garnishing with fresh cilantro.
  6. Cover with the top bun and serve immediately.
