Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the heavy cream, chicken broth, Parmesan cheese, garlic, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  5. About 30 minutes before serving, cook the fettuccine according to package instructions.
  6. Once the chicken is cooked, shred it in the slow cooker and stir to combine with the sauce.
  7. Serve the chicken Alfredo over the cooked fettuccine.
