- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix together the heavy cream, chicken broth, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, add the pasta to the slow cooker.
- Once the pasta is cooked, shred the chicken and mix everything together.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
