A delicious and easy-to-make Slow Cooker Chicken Florentine Bake that combines tender chicken with spinach and creamy sauce, perfect for a comforting meal.

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker.
- Add the fresh spinach on top of the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Serve hot and enjoy!

- For added flavor, marinate the chicken in Italian dressing before cooking.
