- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- Add the minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the heavy cream over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or until the chicken is cooked through.
- About 30 minutes before serving, add the broccoli florets to the slow cooker.
- Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions, then drain.
- Once the chicken is done, shred it in the slow cooker and stir in the Parmesan cheese.
- Serve the chicken and broccoli Alfredo over the cooked fettuccine.
Notes
- For a lighter version, you can use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or carrots.
