- 2 pounds pork tenderloin
- 1 cup apple butter
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together apple butter, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and cinnamon.
- Place the pork tenderloin in the slow cooker.
- Pour the apple butter mixture over the pork, ensuring it is well coated.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the pork is tender and fully cooked.
- Once done, remove the pork from the slow cooker and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Serve with the remaining sauce from the slow cooker.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the glaze.
- Serve with mashed potatoes or roasted vegetables for a complete meal.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
