A delicious and quick dish featuring succulent shrimp and tender sirloin bites cooked in a rich garlic butter sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
- Add the sirloin bites and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove the sirloin from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
- Return the sirloin to the skillet and toss everything together to combine.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a splash of lemon juice before serving.
- Serve over rice or pasta for a complete meal.
- Adjust the garlic amount according to your preference.
