Description
A delicious and creamy dish featuring lasagna noodles rolled up with shrimp and crab, smothered in Alfredo sauce.

- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 cup crab meat, shredded
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix together the shrimp, crab, ricotta cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
- Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Take a lasagna noodle, fill it with the seafood mixture, and roll it up. Place it seam-side down in the baking dish.
- Repeat with the remaining noodles and filling.
- Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the roll-ups and sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the seafood mixture.
- Make sure to use fresh seafood for the best flavor.
- This dish can be prepared ahead of time and baked just before serving.
