Description

A delicious and creamy dish featuring lasagna noodles rolled up with shrimp and crab, smothered in Alfredo sauce.


Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup crab meat, shredded
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the shrimp, crab, ricotta cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
  4. Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Take a lasagna noodle, fill it with the seafood mixture, and roll it up. Place it seam-side down in the baking dish.
  6. Repeat with the remaining noodles and filling.
  7. Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the roll-ups and sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the seafood mixture.
  • Make sure to use fresh seafood for the best flavor.
