Ingredients

  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 2 tablespoons garlic aioli
  • 4 slices of bread (your choice)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Spread garlic aioli on one side of each slice of bread.
  2. Layer roast beef and Swiss cheese on two slices of bread.
  3. Top with the other slices of bread, aioli side down.
  4. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Place the sandwiches in the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Remove from skillet, slice, and serve warm.
