Ingredients

- 8 oz roast beef
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 2 tablespoons garlic aioli
- 4 slices of bread (your choice)
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Spread garlic aioli on one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer roast beef and Swiss cheese on two slices of bread.
- Top with the other slices of bread, aioli side down.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Place the sandwiches in the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove from skillet, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add some arugula or spinach to the sandwich.
- Can substitute garlic aioli with regular mayonnaise if preferred.
- Adjust the amount of roast beef and cheese according to your taste.
