Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking soda, cocoa powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix oil, buttermilk, eggs, food coloring, vanilla extract, and vinegar until well combined.
