Pulled Pork Sliders are a delicious and easy-to-make dish perfect for BBQ gatherings, featuring tender pulled pork served on soft slider buns.

- 2 lbs pork shoulder
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 12 slider buns
- Coleslaw (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Season the pork shoulder with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place the sliced onion in the bottom of a roasting pan and place the pork on top.
- Pour the chicken broth and BBQ sauce over the pork.
- Cover the pan with foil and bake for 4-5 hours, or until the pork is tender and easily shredded.
- Remove the pork from the oven and let it rest for 15 minutes before shredding it with two forks.
- Mix the shredded pork with the remaining BBQ sauce.
- Serve the pulled pork on slider buns and top with coleslaw if desired.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the pork overnight with the spices.
- Feel free to use a slow cooker instead of the oven for a more hands-off approach.
- These sliders can be made ahead of time and reheated before serving.
