Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  3. Fold in the crushed pineapple and vanilla extract.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture in the bottom of a greased baking dish.
  5. Mix together the crushed graham crackers, chopped pecans, melted butter, and brown sugar until crumbly.
  6. Sprinkle the graham cracker mixture evenly over the cream cheese layer.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the topping is golden brown.
