- 1 package of cocktail sausages (smokies)
- 1 cup of pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 1/4 cup of soy sauce
- Skewers (bamboo or metal)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine brown sugar and soy sauce in a mixing bowl, whisk until smooth.
- Thread a cocktail sausage and a pineapple chunk onto each skewer, alternating as you go.
- Coat the skewers generously with the brown sugar and soy sauce mixture using a basting brush.
- Cook the skewers on the grill or in the oven for 10-15 minutes, watching closely for caramelization.
- Serve warm and enjoy every bite!
Notes
You can prepare the skewers the night before and store them in the fridge. Air fryers can also be used at 375°F (190°C) for 8-10 minutes.
