Description
A delicious fusion of pepperoni pizza and grilled cheese, offering a flavor explosion in every bite.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 2 slices of cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
- 4–6 slices of pepperoni
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1/4 cup of pizza sauce
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice of bread, butter side down, in the skillet.
- Add a slice of cheese on top of the bread.
- Layer the pepperoni slices over the cheese.
- Spread pizza sauce on the second slice of bread and place it sauce side down on top of the pepperoni.
- Cook until the bottom slice is golden brown, then flip carefully.
- Cook until the other side is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from skillet, slice, and serve hot.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add Italian seasoning to the cheese.
- Use a panini press for a crispier texture.
- Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or onions for added nutrition.
