Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a microwave or double boiler.
  3. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  4. Pour a small amount of melted chocolate into the bottom of each liner.
  5. Add a spoonful of the peanut butter mixture on top of the chocolate.
  6. Cover the peanut butter with more melted chocolate.
  7. Refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes.

Notes

  • For a darker flavor, use dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
  • Feel free to add a pinch of sea salt on top for extra flavor.
