Delicious homemade peanut butter cups that are easy to make and perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth.
Ingredients

- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a microwave or double boiler.
- Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Pour a small amount of melted chocolate into the bottom of each liner.
- Add a spoonful of the peanut butter mixture on top of the chocolate.
- Cover the peanut butter with more melted chocolate.
- Refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes.
Notes
- For a darker flavor, use dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Feel free to add a pinch of sea salt on top for extra flavor.
