Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish generously with butter.
  2. Whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a large bowl until smooth.
  3. Layer the cubed French bread in the greased baking dish and sprinkle the sliced peaches on top.
  4. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the bread and peaches, letting it sit for at least 10 minutes to absorb.
  5. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
