  • 12 taco shells
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  3. Add the taco seasoning and water as per the packet instructions, and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Place the taco shells in a baking dish.
  5. Fill each taco shell with the beef mixture and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and top with lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, and green onions before serving.
