Description

Decadent Nutella cheesecake cupcakes with a buttery graham cracker crust, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Nutella
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • Chocolate shavings or whipped cream for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with liners.
  2. Prepare the crust: In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers, granulated sugar, and melted butter until resembling wet sand. Press into the bottom of each cupcake liner.
  3. Craft the filling: In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Fold in the Nutella, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing gently until just incorporated.
  5. Fill the cupcake liners with the cheesecake batter, filling each about three-quarters full.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the edges are set but centers are slightly jiggly.
  7. Cool for 10 minutes in the pan before transferring to a wire rack. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  8. Add toppings before serving, if desired.
