- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Nutella
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- Chocolate shavings or whipped cream for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with liners.
- Prepare the crust: In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers, granulated sugar, and melted butter until resembling wet sand. Press into the bottom of each cupcake liner.
- Craft the filling: In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Fold in the Nutella, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing gently until just incorporated.
- Fill the cupcake liners with the cheesecake batter, filling each about three-quarters full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the edges are set but centers are slightly jiggly.
- Cool for 10 minutes in the pan before transferring to a wire rack. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Add toppings before serving, if desired.
Notes
Consider making these cupcakes a day in advance. They can be frozen without toppings for longer storage.
