Instructions

- In a baking dish, layer the uncooked rice evenly on the bottom.
- In a bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup, water, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the soup mixture over the rice.
- Place the pork chops on top of the rice and soup mixture.
- Sprinkle chopped onion over the pork chops.
- Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil.
