Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup pink velvet cake mix
  • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • Pink food coloring (optional)
  • Chocolate sprinkles (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add powdered sugar, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and pink velvet cake mix. Mix until well combined.
  3. If desired, add a few drops of pink food coloring to achieve the desired color.
  4. Refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
  6. Roll the balls in graham cracker crumbs and place them on a baking sheet.
  7. Garnish with chocolate sprinkles.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for another 30 minutes before serving.
