- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup pink velvet cake mix
- 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- Pink food coloring (optional)
- Chocolate sprinkles (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and pink velvet cake mix. Mix until well combined.
- If desired, add a few drops of pink food coloring to achieve the desired color.
- Refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes to firm up.
- Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
- Roll the balls in graham cracker crumbs and place them on a baking sheet.
- Garnish with chocolate sprinkles.
- Chill in the refrigerator for another 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- These bites can be made a day in advance.
- Feel free to adjust the sweetness by adding more or less powdered sugar.
