Ingredients

  • 1 package of chocolate graham crackers
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • Chocolate shavings for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, prepare the chocolate pudding by mixing the pudding mix with milk according to package instructions.
  5. In a 9×13 inch dish, layer chocolate graham crackers at the bottom.
  6. Spread half of the peanut butter mixture over the graham crackers.
  7. Add another layer of chocolate graham crackers, followed by half of the chocolate pudding.
  8. Repeat the layers, finishing with a layer of whipped topping on top.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  10. Before serving, garnish with chocolate shavings.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate pudding mix.
  • Make sure to let the lasagna chill for the recommended time for best results.
