A delicious and easy-to-make no-bake dessert featuring layers of chocolate and hazelnut flavors.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of chocolate graham crackers
  • 2 cups of hazelnut spread
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1 cup of mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup of chopped hazelnuts for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  2. In another bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
  4. Spread a layer of hazelnut spread on the bottom of a dish.
  5. Layer chocolate graham crackers over the hazelnut spread.
  6. Spread a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the graham crackers.
  7. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the mascarpone mixture on top.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  9. Before serving, garnish with chopped hazelnuts.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate hazelnut spread.
  • Make sure to let the lasagna chill for the recommended time for best results.
