- 1 package of chocolate graham crackers
- 2 cups of hazelnut spread
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1 cup of mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup of chopped hazelnuts for garnish
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- In another bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
- Spread a layer of hazelnut spread on the bottom of a dish.
- Layer chocolate graham crackers over the hazelnut spread.
- Spread a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the graham crackers.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the mascarpone mixture on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, garnish with chopped hazelnuts.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate hazelnut spread.
- Make sure to let the lasagna chill for the recommended time for best results.
- This dessert can be made a day in advance.
