- 1 ½ cups chocolate cookie crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add heavy cream, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture and beat until fluffy.
- Pour half of the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
- Drizzle half of the caramel sauce over the cheesecake layer.
- Spread the remaining cheesecake mixture on top.
- Drizzle the remaining caramel sauce over the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Slice and serve chilled.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate cookies for the crust.
- Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing.
- Top with additional caramel sauce or chocolate shavings before serving.
