Ingredients

  • 12 Mini Taco Shells
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 Apples, chopped (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup Cinnamon-Sugar for coating

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the cheesecake filling by blending the cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Fill each mini taco shell with the cheesecake mixture, leaving a bit of space for the apple mixture.
  4. Melt butter in a sauté pan, then add chopped apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Sauté until soft, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Fill each taco shell with the warm apple mixture.
  6. Dust tacos with cinnamon-sugar before serving.

Notes

Serve immediately for the best texture and flavor. Can be made ahead if cheesecake filling and apple topping are stored separately.
