- 12 Mini Taco Shells
- 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 Apples, chopped (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/4 cup Cinnamon-Sugar for coating
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the cheesecake filling by blending the cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fill each mini taco shell with the cheesecake mixture, leaving a bit of space for the apple mixture.
- Melt butter in a sauté pan, then add chopped apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Sauté until soft, about 5-7 minutes.
- Fill each taco shell with the warm apple mixture.
- Dust tacos with cinnamon-sugar before serving.
Notes
Serve immediately for the best texture and flavor. Can be made ahead if cheesecake filling and apple topping are stored separately.
