Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, sliced
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  3. Add the sliced onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms to the skillet and cook until softened.
  4. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix the heavy cream with half of the provolone and mozzarella cheese.
  7. Combine the meat mixture with the cream and cheese mixture.
  8. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with the remaining cheese.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  10. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
