  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into fries.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the fries with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and salt.
  4. Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
