Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan well.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Combine the wet ingredients: In another bowl, whisk the melted butter and sugar until blended; add buttermilk, eggs, lemon zest, and vanilla.
  4. Incorporate the dry mixture: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently.
  5. Fold in the blueberries gently using a rubber spatula.
  6. Transfer the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
