A refreshing and fruity twist on the classic margarita, combining the flavors of kiwi and strawberry for a vibrant cocktail experience.
Ingredients

- 2 ripe kiwis, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1/2 cup tequila
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup triple sec
- 2 tablespoons agave syrup (optional)
- Ice cubes
- Salt or sugar for rimming the glass (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the chopped kiwis and sliced strawberries. Blend until smooth.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the kiwi-strawberry puree, tequila, lime juice, triple sec, and agave syrup (if using).
- Add ice cubes to the shaker and shake well until chilled.
- If desired, rim the glasses with salt or sugar by rubbing a lime wedge around the rim and dipping it into the salt or sugar.
- Strain the mixture into the prepared glasses filled with ice.
- Garnish with a slice of kiwi or strawberry, and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a non-alcoholic version, omit the tequila and triple sec and replace with sparkling water.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less agave syrup based on your taste preference.
- This cocktail can be made in larger batches for parties.
