- 1 package King’s Hawaiian bread rolls
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and sour cream until smooth and creamy.
- Add the egg to the bowl and mix until well combined.
- Make a cut on the top of each King’s Hawaiian roll to create a pocket.
- Fill each pocket with the cheesecake mixture.
- Arrange the filled rolls in a baking dish.
- Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with granulated sugar and cinnamon.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and filling is set.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
