Delicious and juicy ground chicken smash burgers that are easy to make and irresistible.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 burger buns
- 4 slices of cheese (optional)
- Lettuce, tomato, and condiments of choice
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the ground chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into balls.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a little oil.
- Place the chicken balls in the skillet and smash them down with a spatula to form patties.
- Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- If using cheese, add a slice on top of each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.
- Toast the burger buns in the skillet for a minute.
- Assemble the burgers with lettuce, tomato, and your favorite condiments.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken mixture for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Serve with sweet potato fries for a complete meal.
- These burgers can be grilled as well.
