Description

Delicious and juicy ground chicken smash burgers that are easy to make and irresistible.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 4 burger buns
  • 4 slices of cheese (optional)
  • Lettuce, tomato, and condiments of choice

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the ground chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into balls.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a little oil.
  4. Place the chicken balls in the skillet and smash them down with a spatula to form patties.
  5. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. If using cheese, add a slice on top of each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.
  7. Toast the burger buns in the skillet for a minute.
  8. Assemble the burgers with lettuce, tomato, and your favorite condiments.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the chicken mixture for 30 minutes before cooking.
  • Serve with sweet potato fries for a complete meal.
  • These burgers can be grilled as well.
