  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil to create the marinade.
  2. Add the steak pieces to the marinade and let them sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the marinated steak bites.
  4. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the steak is browned and cooked to your liking.
  5. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with a little water to create a slurry, then add it to the skillet to thicken the sauce.
  6. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until the sauce is sticky.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
