Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
- Brush the honey garlic sauce over the meatballs.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
