Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Add the peanut butter, honey, and cinnamon to the mashed bananas and mix well.
- Stir in the rolled oats until fully combined.
- Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool before cutting into sticks.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
- Feel free to add nuts or seeds for extra crunch.
- Can be made vegan by using maple syrup instead of honey.
