Ingredients

- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1 cup granola
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
Instructions
- In a glass or bowl, layer half of the Greek yogurt at the bottom.
- Add half of the granola on top of the yogurt.
- Layer half of the mixed berries over the granola.
- Drizzle with one tablespoon of honey or maple syrup.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt, granola, and berries.
- Top with chia seeds if using and a final drizzle of honey or maple syrup.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your parfait!

- Feel free to substitute the berries with your favorite fruits.
- For a vegan option, use plant-based yogurt and maple syrup.
