Ingredients

  • 1 cup granola
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a glass or bowl, layer half of the Greek yogurt at the bottom.
  2. Add half of the granola on top of the yogurt.
  3. Layer half of the mixed berries over the granola.
  4. Drizzle with one tablespoon of honey or maple syrup.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt, granola, and berries.
  6. Top with chia seeds if using and a final drizzle of honey or maple syrup.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy your parfait!
