- 3 tablespoons harissa paste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine harissa paste, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Coat the chicken generously in the marinade and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Transfer chicken to a baking dish in a single layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
