Instructions
- Heat the garlic butter in a large skillet over medium heat until melted and fragrant.
- Add the diced chicken to the skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook for about 5–7 minutes, or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
- Toss in the mixed vegetables, sautéing them for 4–5 minutes until they become tender but still vibrant.

Notes
