Instructions
- Prepare the chicken: Season the chicken with salt and pepper, dredge in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Fry the chicken: Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry chicken pieces until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
- Make the French toast: Whisk eggs, milk, and vanilla; dip bread and cook in a skillet until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Assemble your sandwich: Place a piece of fried chicken between two slices of French toast.
