- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch

- Cooked rice, for serving
- Green onions, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven: Set the temperature to 400°F (200°C).
- Whisk your sauce together: Blend orange juice, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, cornstarch, vegetable oil, and salt and pepper in a medium bowl.
- Coat the chicken: Place chicken pieces into a baking dish and pour the sauce over the chicken.
- Bake it up: Slide the dish into the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Serve it: Once the chicken is caramelized, serve it over rice and garnish with green onions.
Notes
