- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 8 ounces pasta of your choice
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Add the chopped sun-dried tomatoes, chicken broth, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Once the chicken is cooked, shred it with two forks.
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions and drain.
- Add the cooked pasta, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese to the crockpot and stir to combine.
- Cook for an additional 15-20 minutes on low to heat through.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
