- 4 large potatoes, diced
- 1 cup beef broth

Instructions
- Place the diced potatoes at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add the cubed steak on top of the potatoes.
- Pour the beef broth over the steak and potatoes.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper over the mixture.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, stir in the shredded cheese and sour cream until melted and combined.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
